Hey new ARTS student!
You are warmly welcomed to join the other new students for ARTS summer picnic on the beautiful island of Suomenlinna. The event is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow students before orientation and also ask your tutors all the questions in mind. ARTS associations will also be there!
Your tutors will gather their groups and you will all travel together with the ferry to Suomenlinna. You can contact your tutor for more details. The picnic will be held in the Piperi park in Suomenlinna, and you can join us later if you cannot make it to the joint departure.
In case you can not reach your tutor for any reason, you can always contact the responsible tutor of your department or a member of TOKYO.
Bring your own picnic snacks and drinks with an open and jolly mind!
NOTE! In case of rain the event will be held at another venue. To be confirmed closer to the event.
After the picnic we will head to an after party location, somewhere in Helsinki city centre. The exact location will be decided during the picnic. If you cannot make it to the picnic, feel free to join us for the after party. And you can also bring your friends!
