Are there still some tickets left? How and where can I get them?
Yup, we still have tickets left. You can buy them either from Kipsari, TOKYOs service point in Arabia campus, TaiYo’s service point or in Tiketti. In addition to this, our pop-up bazaar of #TOKYOLOVE has still couple of pit stops to be done.

Tickets in advance cost 12e for TOKYOs and TaiYo’s members and Aalto ARTS staff (excl. tiketti.fi) and 15e for non-members. If there are any tickets left to the door, they’ll cost 17e.
#grandINSTAllation? WHAT?!
We have a ticket competition going on until Wednesday November 4th. It’s very simple: make an installation, post a video or photo of it and yourself to Instagram and and you can win a ticket to Maskerad. We have two Installation Points, one of which is located in the Arabia (Kipsari-staircase, basement floor) and the second in Otaniemi (Miestentie 3, 1st floor, under the stairs) campus.
We choose three best installation and each selected will win a ticket to ‘The Grand Illusion’-themed Maskerad that is held on November 7th. So take a deep breath, but do not hesitate! Read the instructions below and take part!
These are the rules:
- Prices are 3 x 1 ticket to Arabia Maskerad 2015
- Create an installation to the space
- Use at least some of the materials you can find there
- Include the #arabiamaskerad15-sign (that is also in the space) to the installation
- Take a photo or video of your creation with you in it
- Post it to Instagram with hashtag #arabiamaskerad15
- The competition is on from Wednesday 28.10. to Wednesday 4.11.2015
- The winners will be contacted personally

Will there be a pre-party for Arabia Maskerad?
Damn right there will. Like last year, the pre-party will be held in TOKYO Lounge (Arabia campus, basement floor, right next to Kipsari) before the actual Maskerad. Everybody is welcomed. The program will contain good company and fixing the costumes together. Bring your own drinks, the house offers face paints and glitter. The Facebook event is here.
MAFFE?
MAFFE aka Media Art & Film Festival, will be held the day before Arabia Maskerad in Kino Sheryl. There will be media art and films (including The Illusionist) – For free! There won’t be a better way to get your Maskerad mood on, so we warmly recommend you all to come. More detailed information can be found in MAFFE’s Facebook event.
Who the hell is Teryl Shockyo?
Teryl Shockyo is nasty and fucked up cousin of TOKYOs patron saint Sheryl Tokyo. Teryl plays on the evil side and loves to show up just to mess everything up completely. Like many other things in these times, also Teryl is a Grand Illusion.
When does each dj play? What time will the doors open? And most importantly, how much the beer costs in Kaivohuone?
