AYY is looking for a project worker for a part-time, fixed-term employment  

 

AYY will aim to clarify how to best support the advocacy work of ARTS students and we are hiring a project worker to carry out the research. The project worker’s task is to clarify the current state of advocacy work and to make proposals on how to reduce the workload of individual persons in the advocacy sector, how communication between different organisations, AYY and ARTS should be developed and how student representative activities at ARTS could be developed, for example. 

The project worker’s employment is part-time (20 hours per week) and fixed term for six months. We hope that the hired person will start in the position as soon as possible. 

 

Requirements: 

Experience of art studies at Aalto 

Systematic approach 

Fluent in spoken and written English  

Thorough and independent approach to work, ability to take initiative 

 

 

Advantages: 

Experience from the Aalto community as an active association member, student representative, member of the Representative Council or volunteer, for example 

Facilitation skills

The salary is determined by a collective agreement of the student unions (salary category II). The basic salary for a part-time position is EUR 906.61 / month. Possible education and experience allowances will be added to the salary in accordance with the collective agreement.
