TOKYO thanks all the Lapland-trippers

1979393_10152090788054426_2285293284821476269_oLast Wednesday a group of lucky TOKYO members finally got an answer to the question that had been disturbing their minds for several months, “Where on earth is winter?“. The answer, of course, was “In Kuusamo, young padawan“.

TOKYO’s Lapland trip of 2014 took us up north to a small Finnish town full of wintery experiences; we got to ride a sledge drawn by huskies through the wilderness, fed baby reindeer, hit the slopes of Ruka, got some hiking experiences that were cool as ice (pun intended), saw the aurora borealis at its best, and, above all, made a great bunch of new friends.

At this point we would simply want to give a big and sincere THANK YOU for everyone who came on the trip, just because the experience would definitely not have been the same without you all.

…And for all who missed this adventure, we’d like to say: Please come next year! This was the kind of trip you will remember for the rest of your life!

Pictures from the trip are here.
