TOKYO’s Christmas sales table reservation will start on Tuesday, 8.10. at 10am in TOKYO ‘s Service Point. Christmas Sales are held in 29.11. – 1.12.2013. in Lume gallery (main lobby). The Sales are open on fri 29.11. at 12-19, sat 30.11 and sun 1.12. at 10-18.

For reserving a table you have to be TOKYOs member, and need a valid 2013-2014 -TOKYO sticker in your student card. If the sales table is shared, all sellers must be TOKYO members (a student card/copy must be present when booking). Max. 1 table/member (we accept letters of attorney only when agreed upon in advance with service point; anna.merikari (at ) aalto.fi)

The price for the table is  45e for TOKYOs student members and  85e for TOKYO’s alumnae members. In addition, 5e deposit payment is required. Please take the exact sum (50€ / 90 €) in cash! We also offer limited amount of extra-space; small space (70x70cm) 10 euros or big space (70x140cm) for 20 euros. Also limited amount of small tables (70x70cm)  are for rent for 5 euros.

We will also try online booking this year, which will be open on Tuesday 8.10. at noon, and is open until all the tables are reserved. The table reservation can also be done online, If there’s tables left. You can reserve them here. On online booking you can not reserve a certain table.  The Service point table-sale is only on Tuesday at 10-12. The booking is binding.

On Tuesday, the queue can build up at the Service Point, so arrive in time!
